AJ’s Safe Place offers Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) to provide personalized support for individuals with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and empower individuals to participate fully in their communities while receiving the assistance they need. These services are designed to help individuals develop essential life skills, improve daily functioning, and maintain a sense of autonomy.

Our HCBS programs include Attendant Care (support with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation), Habilitation (skill-building activities to enhance independence), and Respite Care (temporary relief for family caregivers). Each service is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality care that fosters both personal growth and community integration.
