AJ’s Safe Place offers Group Supported Employment (GSE) to help individuals with developmental disabilities gain meaningful work experience in a supportive, team-based environment. Our program provides structured job opportunities where participants can develop essential workplace skills, build confidence, and achieve greater independence while earning an income.

Through partnerships with local businesses and organizations, we create inclusive work settings that accommodate the unique needs of our participants. Our trained job coaches provide on-site support, assisting with task completion, social skills development, and professional growth. Whether it’s learning job responsibilities, improving teamwork, or preparing for long-term employment, GSE empowers individuals to succeed in the workplace while being part of a collaborative team.
